I'm a Senior Solutions Engineer who builds production-grade tools alongside the usual pre-sales motion — technical demos, architecture design, proof of concepts, and customer onboarding. My work at Twingate includes open-source utilities adopted by customers and the official Solutions Engineering org, published deployment guides and troubleshooting documentation, and hands-on enablement for MSP partners who now deploy independently.

I specialize in zero trust network access (ZTNA) and have deep prior experience in fintech, payments processing, and embedded finance. My technical toolkit centers on Python, Bash, PowerShell, Docker, and infrastructure automation — with particular depth in Windows enterprise deployment (Intune/MDM) and Linux server environments. Before moving into solutions engineering, I spent years in integration leadership, technical project management, and customer-facing support roles across payments platforms like Bambora/Beanstream and fintech startups. That progression gave me a strong instinct for where technical architecture meets business outcomes.

I maintain several open-source projects on GitHub, and run a homelab where I test everything from Proxmox clusters to containerized services.
