This page provides the information required under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the "Digital Services Act" or "DSA").

Twingate provides a secure remote access service to customers. Customer administrators access the service through a permissioned administrative console. Twingate does not operate a service that disseminates information to the public.

Twingate Inc. is established outside of the European Union. This page sets out the contact points required by the DSA.

Point of contact for Member States’ authorities, the Commission, and the Board (art 11)

If you are an official representative of an EU Member State, the European Commission (the “Commission”), or the European Board for Digital Services (the “Board”), you may contact Twingate through its legal representative at: dsa-legal-rep@twingate.com.

This point of contact is only for EU Member States’ authorities, the Commission, and the Board in accordance with the Digital Services Act. It is not a valid point of contact for anyone else.

Orders under articles 9 and 10 of the DSA must be sent to the above email address and either be in English or include an English translation.

Report illegal content (art 16)

If you are in the EU and wish to report content that you believe is illegal in the EU, please report it via https://helpdesk.twingate.com/forms/report-illegal-content.

Please note that Twingate cannot remove content from websites that we do not host, and abuse reports should be sent to the applicable hosting provider. Additionally, the network traffic that Twingate customers may transmit via our services is encrypted and sent in manner that prevents Twingate from accessing or decrypting it, and thus moderating it.

Service Acceptable Use and Restrictions (art 14)

Information about the restrictions we impose on use of our service, and our policies and procedures for addressing misuse, are set out in our Customer Agreement and User Terms of Service, unless you have negotiated different terms with Twingate, in which case those terms will set out such information.

Content moderation (art 14)

Given the nature of our services, Twingate does not perform content moderation.

Twingate does not support publication of user generated content to third parties on websites that we host.

The network traffic that Twingate customers may transmit via our services is encrypted and sent in manner that prevents Twingate from accessing or decrypting it. Responsibility for such network traffic lies with the end user sending it.

Transparency (art 15)

Twingate has not received any Article 16 notices or orders subject to the DSA from EU Member States’ authorities.

Notification of Criminal Activity (art 18)
If we become aware of any information that gives us a good faith belief that a criminal offense involving a threat to the life or safety of a person or persons has taken place, is taking place or is likely to take place, we may notify the appropriate authorities in the applicable EU Member State, as required by the DSA.
